Welcome to Voxtis (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website at voxtis.comand any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Voxtis provides an AI-powered IELTS Speaking practice platform. The Service includes simulated speaking mock examinations, band score estimates, feedback reports, transcript analysis, and targeted practice drills. The Service is intended for educational and practice purposes only and does not guarantee any specific outcome on official IELTS examinations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission. By creating an account you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@voxtis.com.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or any restrictions imposed on your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Voxtis sells digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions that unlock higher usage of the Service. Access is delivered immediately in your Voxtis account after a successful payment. We do not sell physical goods, downloadable licence keys for third-party software, or services fulfilled outside the website.
International card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy(operated by Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription through Lemon Squeezy, you are buying from Lemon Squeezy, not directly from Voxtis. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for billing, sales tax / VAT collection, invoicing, and payment processing. Lemon Squeezy’s Terms and Privacy Policy apply to that transaction.
In Uzbekistan, we may also accept local payments through Click.uz. Those charges are processed by Click and may appear under Click on your statement.
Current paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance (Starter and Pro). Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Current prices are listed at voxtis.com/pricing.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance and apply from the next renewal. Continued use of a paid plan after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Free Tier and Usage Limits
Voxtis offers a free tier subject to usage limits (such as the number of mock exams per week). These limits are set at our discretion and may be changed at any time. The free tier is for individual personal use only and may not be used commercially or shared across multiple users via a single account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner without prior written consent.
- Share, sell, or sublicense your account or any generated content for commercial purposes without our consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to train competing AI models or datasets without explicit written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, trademarks, and materials provided by Voxtis are owned by or licensed to Voxtis and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Content you record or submit (such as audio and transcripts) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Voxtis a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Band score estimates generated by the Service are approximations for practice purposes only. They are not official IELTS scores and should not be used as such. Voxtis is not affiliated with the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voxtis and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Voxtis in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $10.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
